STEEP is a 2 year project, co-funded by the EU under the FP7 Programme which will develop 'Smart City plans' for Bristol, San Sebastián and Florence.

SPES is the technical partner in charge of the Master Planning methodology for the three cities together with Tecnalia and the university of Bristol.
